Backyard Homes gives us hundreds of small, fast feedback loops — on approvals, on trades, on client experience — that a five-year townhouse project simply can't provide in year one. Every one of those loops makes the townhouse business safer to open.

When Townhouses opens in 2026, it will inherit our supplier relationships, our approvals playbook, and a client base that already trusts the SaintJ name. That's worth more to us than moving a year earlier.
