SaintJ Group takes its name from Shengjie — 圣杰 — our founder's own name. It's a personal name on a company built to last past any one person.
Started with one backyard, not one bold claim.
SaintJ Group was founded in Melbourne with a simple, narrow job: design and build backyard homes properly, at a fair fixed price, on a program you could set your watch to. No masterplan slide decks, no five-year investor roadshow — just the work in front of us, done well enough that the next stage of the business earns itself.
That’s still true today. Every townhouse, every development site, every investment opportunity we eventually open will be built on the same discipline that goes into every backyard home we hand over this month.

We say it plainly because we mean it plainly: SaintJ Group’s ambition is to become one of Australia’s largest property developers. Not by promising it, but by sequencing it — Backyard Homes, then Townhouses, then large-scale Property Development, then Investment — each stage funded and informed by the one before it.
It’s a longer road than a fast-growth pitch. We think it’s the only road that ends somewhere worth arriving.
