Is SaintJ Group only building granny flats?+
Today, yes — Backyard Homes is our only live service. Townhouses, Property Development and Investment are planned future stages, opening in 2026 and 2027 respectively, once each preceding stage has an established delivery record.
Where is SaintJ Group based?+
We're founded and headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, and currently deliver Backyard Homes across Melbourne metro suburbs.
How is the name pronounced / where does it come from?+
SaintJ is drawn from our founder's Chinese given name, Shengjie (圣杰). It's a personal name attached to a company intended to outlast any single project.
What suburbs do you currently service?+
We currently deliver across greater Melbourne metro. See our Locations page for specific service areas, or enquire directly and we'll confirm coverage for your address.
Is the quoted price really fixed?+
Yes. Once your contract is signed, the price does not change for anything within the agreed scope of works.
Can I use my own architect or builder for part of the project?+
Our packages are delivered end to end by SaintJ Group, which is how we guarantee the fixed price and program. If you have specific design requirements, raise them at your site assessment and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can I register interest in Townhouses or Development now?+
Yes — each future service page has a short form to register your interest, and we'll contact you directly once that service opens.
Will Investment be open to everyday investors?+
That hasn't been finalised. Details on investor eligibility will be published on the Investment page well ahead of launch.
